I have over 20 years of experience helping teens, adult individuals regain their inner strength, improve their relationships, let go of negative thoughts, and become high-level communicators. I offer professional counseling for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, women’s issues, OCD and more. Together we will work to establish lasting coping skills and map out the best way for you to move forward.
