Therapy is more than treatment – it’s transformation. It’s a journey toward wholeness, freedom, and living the truth of who God created you to be. I’m here to walk beside you as you grow stronger in your faith, your relationships, and your sense of self. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from your purpose, I’m here to walk with you – offering a space that’s soul-honoring and full of grace. I believe that each of us carries God-given strength and resilience, and that with the right support, we can uncover healing, restore relationships, and walk confidently in our identity and purpose.
We all have a story to tell. If you are currently stuck, overwhelmed, or spiritually disconnected in your story right now, I want you to know you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself. I’m a trauma-informed Christian counselor who offers a compassionate space where you can rewrite what happened or happens next. I offer a blend of clinical expertise, spiritual insight, and a deeper commitment to exploring and honoring your story. Whether you’re working through past wounds, relationship challenges, addictions, or other concerns, I am here to help you prevail and walk joyfully in God’s design for your life. Ultimately, my hope is that you leave counseling feeling whole and empowered.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of experience working with children, teens, and adults, including significant experience working with rare and unheard of situations. No matter what your situation or circumstance, I believe all things are possible with Jesus Christ. I am an outgoing person who is easy to talk to, and I do my best to make the counseling process as smooth and understandable as possible. I will go at your pace as we rely on the Holy Spirit to guide each session. With God’s grace and mercy you will find solutions and the healing you desire with out-of-the-box ideas.
As your counselor, I am determined to make your experience in therapy one you want to tell your friends about because it has transformed your life. I am committed to your growth as much as you are, and will continue to encourage you to be a better version of yourself, with God’s help. I am confident that an authentic relationship between client and therapist can cultivate the change you’re seeking that no medication, routine, or coping skill will accomplish. With authenticity, integrity, and empathy, I will point you toward the lasting hope that can be found in Christ.
